I am back online

Hi Everyone

   I am finally back online after moving and all of that.  It took me 3 days to get moved but as of this past Saturday Evening I was done moving my stuff and I got to stay in my new Apt.  I have met lots of wonderful sweet ladies and gentleman they have been so helpful and so kind and so friendly.  I am loving where I am living at.  There are all kinds of activities going on and so forth.  I have been spending my mornings reading in the Kitchen/Dining Room Area across from the Manager's Office.  It is so well lit and so cozy in there.  I am going to be taking my stitchy project in there and working on it and just sit there and stitch away and reading there too. 

I have been playing Skip Bo with two other ladies for the last two nights and that has been fun.  It is a Card Game. 

I still don't have no TV though....Direct TV - they have to put the pole inside a bucket and than cement the pole inside the bucket and than put it down in the ground as normal.  Well Direct TV won't do that but Dish Network will though.  I have to talk to the Manager this morning and see what she says.  I am hoping that I can still have Direct TV because I love Direct TV. 

This past Sunday I got very spoiled....a lady that lives in the next apartment in the same hallway that I do...she gave me part of her chicken dinner for my lunch and than Sunday Evening two ladies from my church gave me a Roast Beef Sandwich for my supper. 

It is so quiet here that I can't believe it...there is no thumping around or anything like that above me and I am so very thankful for that.  When I take a shower the water stays good and hot for a very long time compared to my other apt that I was living in where the water turned cold after 15 minutes.  This place where I moved into now is so much better environment. I have a Patio now and my cat Railroad loves to lay in his bed on the floor and watch the Traffic go by on the two main highways.  This summer I will be able to sit out on my Patio with my Coffee, stitching and reading early in the mornings before it gets too hot. 

I am having way too much fun here and like I said everyone has been so friendly and so helpful. 

I have been stitching on Glory Of Autumn....I will post a progress pic of this sometime on Friday.  I am finishing up the last two rows and a very short third row going across now and this way when I get to the top of this...it will be finished. 

The weather right now in my area is 55 Degrees F. and a tad bit windy.  Now starting tomorrow we are suppose to get snow through the rest of this week I think.  What crazy weather we are having.  Sunday Night we got sleet.  Geesh. 

I am still going through Boxes and things like that...that will be a while before I get everything done and gone through.  It takes time.
