This is called Autumn Splendor by Stoney Creek. This pattern can be found in the Stoney Creek Cross Stitch Magazine - Oct 2004 Issue. I am stitching this on 18 Count White Aida Material.

This is my current project until I am finished with this one...I love this one too.
